Frederick County Public Schools
The Frederick County Public School (FCPS) system offers first-class public education in the City of Frederick and throughout Frederick County. FCPS serves more than 40,000 students in 63 facilities throughout Frederick County. 2,680 teachers provide outstanding instruction every day in quality facilities with top-notch technology resources and innovative learning experiences. FCPS has the lowest drop-out rate in Maryland (0.78%) as well as the state’s highest graduation rate (96.36%).

Frederick Community College offers a range of coursework in 2-year degrees, as well as continuing education credits and customized training for businesses and their employees.
