The Frederick innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI) local incubator provides flexible work space, start-up assistance, and community support to emerging science and technology based businesses.
The GROW Grant is a conditional 1-to-1 matching grant for property improvement projects and workforce development at eligible small businesses in the City of Frederick.
